Quite simply the worst experience I've had with any online seller. A month after my order was placed and my card debited, the Status line still says "To Ship." E-mails to the company have drawn clueless responses like "your order has shipped," when of course it hadn't. Did they have the item in stock?--no answer. Their answer to my statement that I'd have to report them to BBB was "There's no need for threats."
Overall, utterly dreadful. Ratings for this company are deservedly very low. I suggest that anyone with a beef with this outfit contact BBB and their credit card company, who may be able to assist.
