I ordered a ROCKTRON 001-1302 HUSH SUPER C NOISE REDUCTION reduction unit for my musical instruments. This was on September 29th 2008. October 7th I sent them an e-mail stating that I was still waiting for the item. Since then I have continued e-mail exchanges with them with only lame excuses from them. I had filed a grievance with PayPal and their attempt was in vain. I am out $176.24 USD.
Companies like Z9 Electronics are out to rip off people as their name appears on various websites including this one. Buyer beware!!!! This company is a FRAUD!
