I have e-mailed them several times to ask that I be removed from their data base. They have not done so.

I am a former abused wife, who has tried hard to make sure my ex does not know my address. Now all he has to do is go to sites such as these.

I have e-mailed the California attorney general, as well as my own attorney general, CNN and my local news stations. As well as made my own web site regarding these sites.

The FOIA deals with GOVERNMENT agencies. NOT public web-sites trying to make a buck!!! I not only looked it up on Google, I read the whole thing, perhaps you should have done the same. And the state of California's Attorney General will decide if they have to remove me, since I have contacted them, as well as senator's, congressmen and news stations. I have gotten may e-mails regarding my web site. They have no right to put private information there. So please, if you are going to respond to something I write, do a little more research first.
