Hello, I purchased aprox. $13,500 dollars worth of lighting from this fine upstanding person by the name of Zach Bowers of essex ia. Upon purchasing the items and paying the $13500 only $1900 of the original order was recieved. He has told me every lie in the book as to why it hasn't showed up. from manufacturer issues, shipping delays, to lost packages. I have asked for refunds on several occasions to where he says he will wire the money to me, the lies there include: I will do it tomorrow, oh I forgot, I did (that one was my favorite waiting for 3-5 days and it never showing up. After 4 months of all these excuses I am now out $13,500 and have to go to court to get it out of him. My words of advice are BUYER BEWARE and to stay as far away from Zach Bowers and wsssignal, Warning system solutions, and swia pse llc, out of Iowa he is a wolf in sheep's clothing, a pathological lier, and a major con artist and scammer.
