I was Zack Giambalvo's direct manager and I am compelled to write this to WARN FUTURE EMPLOYERS ABOUT HIRING THIS PERSON. THIS WAS A PROBLE EMPLOYEE FROM THE START!

Zack Giambalvo worked for me for about a month as an inside sales representative. Over that short period of time, there were many incidents that occured that I want to warn employers about.

  • HE WASTED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN COMPANY MONEY! Each lead costs us $150.00. He received hundreds of leads over the course of his employment. We record every lead to ensure quality control. WE listened to multiple recordings from Zack. We discovered he would call a lead, ask for the owner and if the owner wasn't present and was asked to call back, Zack would hang up and then he MARKED THE LEAD IN OUR SYSTEM "BAD LEAD/OWNER NOT INTERESTED." In most cases, when called back by other employees, the lead was very interested and many have signed with our company. WE HAVE THE RECORDINGS TO PROVE IT!

 

  • Zack was caught sleeping at his desk on multiple occasions while he was supposed to be calling leads over the phone (SEE BELOW PIC.) AGAIN, WASTING COMPANY MONEY!

 

  • Even though he was a new emplyee, I allowed him to come in late the day after his house move. We begin work at 9am. After saying it was ok for him to come in late, Zack text messaged me at 10:30 saying he couldn't come to work at all because he didn't remember where he packed his work clothes.

 

  • Lastly, Zack was verbally combative to his direct team leader on several occasion when asked about a particular call, coached on sales techniques, new products, etc.

AGAIN, ZACK GIAMBALVO (FROM LONG ISLAND, NY) WAS A PROBLEM EMPLOYEE FROM THE START! HE WASTED COMPANY MONEY AND IS UNPRODUCTIVE!!!!  BEWARE!!!
