Zaful.com NO customer service, unable to return items, incorrect clothing sizes unknown Internet

I purchased several items from Zaful.com clothing.  more than half of the items did not fit, their sizing is incorrect.  Everything was sized too small.  Also the quality of the garments was dreadful, very cheap fabrics, poor seaming, threads coming loose from the fabric and from the seams.  Their phone number and chat line are down.  I did finally mange to get a "ticket" number from them in an email, but when I tried to follow the link from the ticket to their customer service the link did not work.  I am out over $100.  I want to sue them, but I don't even know where they are located - I could'nt find any info on the internet about their actual location.  Do not buy from this comopany.
