Zaful takes no responsibility for their shippers and poor customer service Internet

 I ordered an item on 9/23 they stated 10 to 25 days shipping. That passed they then said it is 10 to 25 business days. OK then that passed. I was then asked to confirm my address and go to the post office to see if there was a package waiting for me. And no theRe was not. Then I was told they can't do anything for me because the shopping is really 30 to 60 business days and I have to wait until 11/23 to contact them again (2 months after I ordered my item). I contacted them with no reply back. I contacted again 12/2, they finally replied on 12/8.
