He has spent close to a decade stalking people on dog boards and harassing many.

I am one of his newest victims because I do not back Puppymillers, Commercial Breeders and convicted dog killers like he does.

I want to help anyone find him and make him pay for all the fraud and stress he has caused many.

I have tons of Cane Corso people who want to find him .

I spent 10 years as a U/C Investigator in the state of New York I can and will be helpfull in anyones quest to put a stop to this man.

Who attacked yet again for no reason the day my father died ( yesterday).

It was fortunate for me I found this complaint as I am currently being ripped off by Brad Cofield. He simply has moved on to another company. George is listed as one of their officers but for all I know he has zero to do with the company.

Just like you I can find no physical address for the new company Brad represents although I do now have his home address. I have reported him to the IRS, EDD, and the Labor Commission and am considering a civil suit.

Brad supposedly is Executive VP of world wide sales for mcwsalesforce.com. This company owes me three thousand dollars and Brad is the one who was supposed to get it to me. He has simply stopped communicating with me and my money is as good as gone. It has been over five weeks since his company fired me because I dared disagree with them as they were wrong in setting me up as an independent contractor.

When I e-mailed Brad showing I had his home address and telling him he was involved in criminal activity his company mysteriously removed information from their web site. That information was the bio for six supposed officers of this company. Fortunately I had already printed off and saved the contents of the entire site.

I have absolute proof Brad's alleged company has taken my money. I feel your pain.

Does it make you feel good to get on the Internet and lie about me. I told you that you were welcome to get a merchant account from whomever and where ever you wish. I simply stated that to make the whole process as simple as possible that we do have a merchant services outlet available to you. I did tell you that if you were to get the merchant account through us that you would receive your own Zaga website included in the price. Those are the facts sir.
Jack, for the record I am asking you to come up with proof that you are out any money as a result of my actions. I would also like to see public proof of any wrong doing on my behalf. You wanted to speak with someone beside myself so I had Jaime call you. I was not a part of that conversation but regardless Jaime felt that you would not be a good fit for our program. Period. You were not charged, I do not have any of your payment information and you were never asked to participate in anything. What is the point of these continued libelous posts?

For the record. I was an agent with Zaga Studios. My wife recently had a stroke and I am had to step away from full time work. Let me tell you something about Jamie. When he heard that I was at the hospital with my wife, he paid one of his sales people in Philadelphia to come down here to Virginia and take care of my clients so that I could have money coming in to pay the doctor bills that were piling up and to make sure my customers didn't get upset with me for not giving them the service them need. When his rep came down here to take care of my clients I was shocked. I didn't know what type of commission I had to pay for his services and I became worried because I needed every dime to pay the hospital bills. I called Jamie (this man you are lying about) I told him that I was greatful for the help but I couldn't spare the money to pay this rep a commission. I needed everything that was coming in. And do you know what Jamie said to me? He says, "Hey Pete, let me worry about that. You have enough on your plate, you just worry about getting your wife out of that hospital and back home where she belongs." I was speechless. His rep told me that Jamie was paying him $800 per week to be here, including living expenses. I am 59 years old. I've never cried a day in my life. But I cried that day. I cried, uncontrolably. To anyone reading this, this is the Jamie Brown this jerk Jack is talking about. Don't believe a word Jack says, he is a liar. Jamie is the most selfless, honorable men I have ever know. Thank you for being there my friend. Jamie Sue this man for everything he has. Don't let him get away with this.

On Friday, October 1, 2004 at 5:46 PM I received a voice message from Jamie Brown informing me that he and his law firm, located in Richmond, Virginia, will be proceeding forward with a law suit against me for Defamation of Character regarding the posting I made on this website.

For all who have read my posting and for all whom in the future will read my posting, I hereby clarify why I made claim against Zaga Studios and Jamie Brown.

As originally stated in the posting, I was sent an unsolicited email from Kathleen Martinez, subject: TV production industry is seeking sales agents.

The email contained five bullet statements, one of which said, No Experience Necessary and another said Training Provided, within that email contained an 800 number to call for a 3 minute message, located below that number was: or Click Here for more information and I clicked to get more information. Which led me to the recruiting website for Zaga Studios, the website was very impressive and the testimonials listed were equally as impressive.

I spent a considerable amount of time reviewing the Zaga website and afterward, called the 800 number to listen to their 3 minute message, which was as impressive as their website and testimonials, at the end of the message an option was given to speak to a representative, I took that option and immediately was connected to Brad Cofield.

Brad, representing SalesBuzzard.com outlined the Zaga program and in our conversation regarding my qualifications (I have 30+ years of B2B sales experience) told me that I was more than qualified and if I intended to work that hard, I would make a considerable income. I would be required to pay $1,995.00 and $105.00 per month for a merchant account, I told Brad that I would prefer obtaining my own merchant account and he said I could not because within the charge of $105.00 was the cost of my own Zaga web site. I told Brad I would need to speak to a Zaga Independent Contractor currently working this business and it was agreed I would be given the opportunity to do so.

A short time afterward, I was emailed the Zaga Studios Program Independent Contractor Agreement and a Zaga Studios Invoice for a Z-1995XY 30 second TV spot, Unit Price: $1,995.00. Brad called and requested I fill out both documents and asked what method of payment I would prefer, I indicated by Visa, he instructed me to fill out the Credit Card information at the bottom of the Invoice and fax both documents back to him. I filled out the Agreement and faxed that to Brad with a cover letter stating: I will fax you the Invoice with payment specified as VISA after I have talked with your sales representative and had sufficient time to research Zaga Studios and SalesBuzzard.com. Within minutes I received a phone call from Jamie Brown, Jamie told me that Zaga had been in business for 15 years, I commented that Brad had told me 50 years. He told me that Zaga was in the process of moving to Philadelphia, I commented that Brad told me Zaga was already located in Philadelphia.

Jamie suddenly became very agitated and literally screamed at me that he didn't like where our conversation was headed and if I continued making such statements he would have nothing to do with me, I immediately apologized and stated I was only seeking clarification as to what Brad said. Jamie calmed down and continued to outline Zaga and his 12 year tenure with them as an Independent Contractor. I asked how many sales agents are there at Zaga, he told me approximately 200.

Afterward, I sent an email to Brad stating: I would like to speak with a couple of Independent Contractors that you or George Krajewski have personally contracted who are currently working this business. Also, I am unable to locate additional information regarding Zaga Studios other than their website, I need street addresses, phone numbers, etc. Afterward, I realized by viewing the Zaga website again, there were phone numbers listed and I sent another email to Brad stating that I was going by memory when I asked for phone numbers and to concentrate on those Independent Contractors I asked to speak with. I then received an email from Jamie, attached to the two emails I had sent Brad, stating: Hi Jack, this is Jamie the one that you spoke with yesterday. This time around we are looking for people with a little more experience. Best of luck to you. I immediately sent an email to Brad, stating: Brad, I'm confused as to why Jamie would be authorized by either Zaga Studios or SalesBuzzard.com to have made the decision I am not qualified to join your organization.

Brad, to this date has never responded, nor have I spoken to him, however Jamie replied to my email with a lengthy explanation as to why I was not qualified.

I guess the Zaga statement: No Experience Necessary and Training Included doesn't mean what it says. In Jamie's rebuttal posted on this website he states: You kept calling and talking to different agents with our company hoping to get someone that would bring you in and everyone agreed that this was not right for you. I have never spoken to any agents at Zaga but Jamie and Jamie was the only person at Zaga via email on two occasions and by phone on one occasion stating I was not qualified.

And in Brad's rebuttal posted on this website he states: I never stated you had to have a merchant account. No, he said I couldn't get my own merchant account because the fee Zaga was charging included a web site. In my posting I stated: The company (Zaga Studios) has no physical address, George Krajewski, President of SalesBuzzard.com has emailed me requesting I retract my statements posted on this website, I replied to his email and told him I would if his, Jamie's or Brad's answers to the questions I listed in my email response would warrant me doing so and I copied Jamie and Brad on that email. To date I have not been provided physical (not mail box) addresses and contact information for the four locations (that were) listed on the Zaga website, Hollywood, Philadelphia, New York and London. Aaron's posting on this website states the same thing I posted: Zaga Studios does not have an office in any of the cities listed on its website.

Aaron must have made inquiries to find those locations, I put in a considerable amount of time trying to locate those Zaga locations and I called the local Public Library and they spent a considerable amount of time and could not locate any locations or phone numbers for Zaga Studios in the United States.

George Krajewski told me via email that he would not answer questions regarding Zaga and to send my questions to this email address: publicrelations@zagastudios.com which is no longer listed on their website, as was previously, the four locations are not listed and phone numbers previously listed have changed and there is a link posted at the bottom of their home page: FRAUD ALERT (Austin, TX / Raleigh, NC) claiming Aaron and I are selling commercials under the Zaga Studios name and are doing so fraudulently.

I can not speak for Aaron, but I am not doing what is claimed on the Zaga Studios website, why would I ever consider doing that, I received that unsolicited email from Kathleen Martinez on September 29th @ 8:00AM.

Was I wrong in using the term Con Artists and Scam in my posting on this website regarding Zaga Studios and Jamie Brown? Jamie Brown stated in his voice message it wouldn't matter if I posted a retraction to the statements I made, he has decided to sue me anyway. I can only hope that the law firm he has chosen will take the opportunity to read this posting and act on behalf of there client accordingly.

This is all very simple. You contacted me via an ad that we placed for the Zaga Studios program. I talked with you at length about the people that I am specifically recruiting for the program. You told me that you would like to talk to someone else regarding the opportunity so I put you in touch with Jaime. Jaime felt after his discussion with you that you were not what we were looking for. We in turn left it at that.

You never were charged and you never paid us anything. Jack, you never faxed back the invoice. I never stated that you had to have a merchant account, I only stated that it is a smart idea to have one and if you saw the benefit than we would help you with that. I deeply resent my name being mentioned in your slanderous post.
