Zagg, Inc. Rip me off saying they never received my old screen protector Internet

 I received a replacement screen protector after my old one ripped. I ordered the replacement through the warranty program off their website. I sent my old screen protector back within 30 days and now received an email stating my credit card had been charged because they never received my old screen protecto . This is ridiculous! I know for a fact I returned it and now there's nothing I can do to get my money back.
