Zagg Inc. has a great product called invisible shield that can be purchased to cover most electronic products. Unfortunately, the orders never get shipped on time, and when they do ship, they ship the wrong product. It has happened twice to me. My invoice says one thing and there is something different in the package.

Their customer service is terrible and when you attempt to contact the company by phone or email, you get a response saying that they have an increased volume and please allow them more time to get back to you. If you are returning something, you will most likely pass the 30 day return period before someone actually gets back you, especially if they attempt to call you.

I would not suggest ordering anything from this company through the mail until they get their shipping services and customer service department together.

InvisibleShield does not last as long as they say it does

They shipped me the correct product, however the InvisibleShield was laughable. Maybe it is able to withstand intense pressure without puncturing, but the InvisibleShield quickly lost elasticity, became damaged, trapped a few animal hairs for such a pretty sight, and didn't even properly fit my iPod. The clicker wheel cover made the pressure pad less sensitive, and more awkward to use. And unless you got the body cover perfectly straight on, the wheel is misaligned, and so the button is misaligned. A much brighter idea is for a wrap around no-seams case, or perhaps the button cover ATTACHED to the body cover. I hope you are exaggerating when you say returning the product for a refund is as hard as it is.
