1 - The seller advertised a Shattaf (Bidet) sprayer complete system with all parts included (T-valve and attachments) for a German sprayer (I have original screen captures of the advertisement during my order phase as the seller has modified their site to protect themselves since then).

2 - I purchased 3 German Sprayer complete system ready for assembly on December 4th, 2007, paying through Paypal. 3 - I recieved 2 German Sprayers and 1 unknown brand sprayer. The sprayers do not look like what was advertised (they appear to be counterfit items). Further there were

3 missing T-valves that were advertised rendering the units useless. 4 - I contacted the seller, and the seller ignored my contact.

After several attempts, they offered refund of $2/T-valve for a total of $6 for the missing parts. A typical T-valve costs $15-20. The seller ignored the fact that the items were wrong and potential counterfit by stating that they are resellers and not responsible for what they sell. 5 - The seller modified their website not to include the T-valve in the packaged item. However they failed to remove other INCRIMINATING EVIDENCE including comments stating that the system is ready for assembly - All you need is a wrench.

I have screen captures of their site before they modified it in JPEG format ready for evidence. 6 - I attempted to resolve the issue through Paypal. Paypal documented the facts but could not resolve it since they only resolve Ebay protected items. 7 - I asked to ship the items back to the seller at thier cost for a full refund. They denied and further added new notes to their website indicating a 15% fee and no return acceptability.
