ZAJA Natural Handmade Confections , Ww.zaidat.com, Zaja I ordered over $1100.00 worth of products off their site, and they stole my money and will not send out my product Cleveland Ohio
For my Mothers Birthday I decided to treat her to some new beauty products available.
I did some searching online and came across www.zaidat.com (AKA) ZAJA natural confections.
They had a very large selection to choose from, after sometime spent on the site I ended up buying $1100.00 worth of product. It has been well over 8 weeks.
I have sent numerous emails and contacted the BBB, And did some additional info. online and I came across other online articles of people saying they were scammed the same way by the same company.
My sister and I found a phone number on the owner and she insisted that she wasnt refunded my money and thats the chance you take online when you buy something. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
I just want my money back!!! dont even send the merchandise now!

For the record, I am the owner of this company ZAJA Natural, my name is Zaidat. I have been selling online now for over 4 years and had yet to have an unsatisfied customer. If something goes wrong or if a customer is not pleased, I work hard to make it right. Go to my Etsy store and read over 1300 feedbacks I have received from hundreds of customers, I believe the numbers speak for themselves, not one negative:

I wish I would get an order for $1100 worth of bar soap and lotions and body butters that I make. That would make my day, but realistically an $1100 order would be a wholesale order, and I don't even do wholesale yet. Seriously, who orders that much stuff for one person, as this person claims? That would be a 15 year supply of bath and body products for one person! Please use your better judgment and realize that this ripoff report is absolutely false.
I have an idea of who wrote this report. A few weeks ago I reported a moving company here in Cleveland that destroyed a few pieces of my furniture and refused to work with me on finding a resolution. The Ripoff report I filed led to the company saying they would send me some money to cover damages to the furniture. They claimed they sent a check on April 4th, to this day I have not received a penny.
Coincidentally, their business name is SWR Productions Moving, which stands for Sexual World Records. Also known as Bros Moving, MM Moving, MM Movers.Do a search here and you will see my report. Do a search on the BBB website and you will also see a report there. Why they call themselves Sexual World Record, yet they are a moving company, I don't know. Which is why when I saw the author of this so called claim, with the name Worldrecord, and located in Cleveland, I found this rather bizarre and coincidental, don't you? I even chuckled at it.
Ripoff report should be a place for people to file real claims, not create false claims just for revenge. SWR, if you make someone unhappy or break something then fix it, don't stoop to this level. Because of this action I will be have to file a civil case in court against this company that seems to be all about playing games, and this false report report is going along with it.
If there are so many reports about my company online as this person claims, then I invite anyone out there to search for my business name or my name on Google and point out ONE as this person claims! You won't find any, because they do not exist.
As I have said before, please use your better judgment and recognize what's true and what's false.
