Dear Fellow EX-Zaken Associates, Its been awhile since I have been on here. I have a letter written to me by a law firm in California. I hope everyone follows this letter and does something to help.Please read this note:A Complaint seeking class action status was filed against Zaken on February 5, 2003 in California Superior Court for the County of Los Angeles. The Plaintiffs in this action are seeking to enjoin Zaken*s misleading communications about the "Quick-Sell Liquidators" program and recover funds fraudulently taken from past Locators. The Plaintiffs are represented by Green & Jigarjian LLP.
Locators do not need to do anything to participate in the lawsuit, as they will automatically be included if the case is certified as a class action.
