We fell for the bait and sent away for the $10.00 package and the $148.00 package. Once we received the "manual" we decided we did not want to participate. We sent the material back three days later, requesting a refund. We were smart and sent the
letter by registered mail, so we could track the delivery.

One month went by and we did not receive our refund. So, we called the 800 number that is used to order the system and asked for customer service. The receptionist told us she could not
transfer us, so she would take a message and have someone call us back. No one called us back.

We called back the next day, twice, and still no call in return. It was becoming obvious that no one was intending to call us back. We continued to call and leave messages for one week, without any call in return. Luckily, we wrote down the number for Quick Sell Liquidators, (718-794-1228) before we sent the "manual" back. That phone call was returned and he gave us the customer service number (718-477-2155). Oddly enough the cust. service number is not listed anywhere in the information packet and the ordering office will NOT give it to you.

We finally talked to someone at customer service. They looked for our "file" and they found that we had indeed asked for a refund. They apologized for the delay, stating that the person who handled the refunds was on vacation and our refund was
"overlooked." They would send out a refund that day by express mail. We received the $148.00 refund check one week later by regular first-class mail.

You may want to look at the order form in the original $10.00 manual. You will notice a 100% money back statement on there. It states you are also due a refund on the shipping and handling! We had been shorted $16.00 in our refund. (We had specified in
our letter that we were due $164.00 - the cost of the program and shipping, quoting the guarantee.) So, we called the customer service number back and talked to Ron. He told us that we were correct, and we would be receiving a check in the mail within
four days. It never arrived. We called back a couple more times asking for Ron, but never received a return call.

So, we are "eating our losses" for now. I am in the process of contacting the Illinois Attorney General's Office about this company. I doubt I'll ever see the rest of our refund. Anyone who thinks they want to try the system, and will return it for
a refund if they don't like it, better think twice about doing that. It was worse than pulling teeth to get our refund.
