Charged $164.00 on American Express to read info on starting up home business, paper worked claimed could get money back in 30 days.

Called Co. and told them I was returning package and wanted money back. They said that would be ok.

Also told them that package (because of 4th of July Holiday) maybe out side the 30 days they also said that would be ok.

Never got money back-called them they said it was outside the 30 days and would not return money.

Explained that they told me ahead of time they would accept package late. They became very rude at this point and said they would not reture the money.

Filed dispute claim with American Express .

American express investigation team acknowledged that Zaken did indeed receive the returned merchandise but that they could dictate how their merchants handle shipping or return policy .

Therefore would not credit my account from Zaken's account.

In the mean time Zaken Corp. continues to mail me registration forms asking me up grade to Dealer status for $1,129.00 - $164.00=$965.00 plus $20.00 s/h!
