My husband and I, like many below were "taken by Zaken" in mid-December. For two and 1/2 months, were eagerly found many liquidation sales, none of which Zaken Corp sold. Best we can tell, they never tried. There website has no significant products on it, and definitely does not list the merchandise we identified per his manual's directions. His company is pure lies. Though his methods for locating and setting prices for buying liquidation merchandise seem to be valid, his business makes no effort to re-sell items identified.

Our calls to his "friendly staff" are less than friendly, and never directly answer any questions about what they are doing to sell identified liquidation inventory. Ask to speak to Zaken, and you will be rudely denied. Funny, when I call other companies looking for merchandise, I can always speak to the president. Not Zaken. We wrote a letter to him, and no response.

We intend to provide info to the Class Action law suite in place, and to request a full refund of all materials we purchased. We will file further info with the better business bureau.

How did you get your money back??

I see that several people claim to have got there money back. All I got was a note saying I had not lived up to their deal and no refund would be made. Zaken also asked that I keep working like a dog for him and ignored any of the issues presented to him in our letter.

So please, those that got all their money refunded, tell me how you did it. Please post it below so everyone will know.

Thank you.

I am so sick of these people taking advantage of others....You have others file with the BBB but that does alot of good,,NOT!!!! All I can say is write our Congress Men and Women in office and we have to get some kinda law passed to stop this crap...If they can put them away for along time like a person robbing a bank,,that will end this kinda stuff,,but seems like anymore people like that just gets away with it,change their company name,,and gets by....People we got to do something to make things right!!!!Everyone works hard for their money,,and when you think your gonna get a decent deal with someone and they take advantage of you,,there has to be some kinda law to stop this without going tru a lot of red tape!!!! I hope there is someone out there that will stop this stuff oneday....If it wasnt for this web sight alot more people would become pray for con artist out there...Thank You Badbusinesbureau.com!!!!! Good luck and God bless....

Zaken needs to go to jail

#4Consumer Suggestion

In addtion to the BBB you need to file complaints with the FTC, Attorney General of California and USPS and the FBI Internet fraud division. The feds need to put him in jail in order for this to stop.

All the bad publicity on Rippoff report has made him change his name and company name to get around this site on the search engines so he can find more victims.

He is now calling himself T. Ron Zaken and the company is now Zaken Corporation instead of Zaken Company. He also change the other company from Quick Sell Liquidators to Quik Sell Liquidators.

This isn't going to stop until he is behind bars. The feds need to see a pattern of deception from people who complain before they will investigate.

If you have it in you, you might try writing an editorial letter to the major Newspapers in the California questioning why the governement agencies are taking so long to act on Zaken when they have recieved so many complaints. Why are they not doing their job that our tax money goes to pay for.
