Complaint Review: Zale Media

I hired Zale Media to help run Facebook ads for mortgage leads. The sales call and advertising make this company seem so great! Dont be FOOLED like I was. I signed up paid $2100 (told I got a discount by Salesman Denny becuase he checked my facebook before our call and saw that I was recently married).

After paying and onboarding, they set up my Facebook ad account. Guess what? They got my Facebook ad account permanently suspended, meaning I will never be able to run Facebook ads ever agian and NO I can't create another account. So no Facebook ads means no leads, which means the system is completely usless to me.

They REFUSE to refund my money. They told me to use google ads instead, even though they originally told me google ads are more expensive and less effective!! Don't believe their "money back guarentee" after you sign up and read the fine print, you will see about a million stipulations (that they convieniently leave out of the sales pitch) in order to NEVER give anyone thier money back. 

Also, you will wait days to talk to a real person! there is no number to call. Only a "support ticket" that wont be responded to for at least 24 hours or longer. These people are disgusting money hungry thieves. Amy in the "escalations" department should be ashamed of herself! 

This comapny does not act in good faith and should not be running a business.
