Zales Jewelry Montgomery Al Repair Rip Off changed my diamond Montgomery Alabama
I was cleaning and was shaking the water off my hands and my wedding band flew off across the kitchen and one of my baggets fell out , so i took it to zales they sent it off to be repaired a nd we got half way out the mall and i noticed a flaw in my solitary that trust was not there before !!
so lets get it straight i sent the ring to have a bagget replaced and yes they replaced it but they switched my my big diamond with one that had a flaw that was visible enough fo me to notice. i have stared at that ring since the day i received from my husband and it was flawless before i sent it in so i had the m return it its not back yet, but we will see what happens

They chipped my center stone (under a prong...yah odd ... why was it out of it's prong??) when I had it sent in to be soldered and dipped. I sent it in to have the stone replaced and they replaced the two side stones also. Now my two side stones are milky when I just look at them in regular light. One is so bad it's horribly flawed. I cant even verify the middle one was changed because they said it is under the prong?? The clerk even said that my ring did NOT look like that when I brought it in.
A girl knows her diamonds! Mine were not merky when I brought them in. I feel like they robbed me because the new diamonds are crappy and my old ones werent. I want my diamonds back!!!!!

Zales doesn't have flawless diamonds

I use to work at two other jewelry stores for a couple years each and I know that Zales does not carry flawless diamonds. Zales jewelers has some of the worse quality jewelry/diamonds along with Kay's and Friedman's, which is why it is so cheap. I can say this bc I use to work at a Friedman's before going to Whitehall. Let me tell you, these low end jewelry stores have already put in low quality diamonds, so what do they get out of switching out your diamond for another diamond? If you're diamond is graded at least VS in clarity then you have something to worry about, but I know that Zales doesn't carry such high of quality. Your flaw was probably always there and you've just never noticed. I always get annoyed when customers came in and accused us of switching out their poor quality diamonds.

Been in the business for 24+ years. Worked for zales for a couple of years. The first diamond couldn't have been "flawless" cause it came from zales. That's why in the big world we refer to them as dalmations or "z" diamonds. Did you have an appraisal on the first diamond?
