Complaint Review: Zales Online

Zales Online return 6/08. claimed didn't get. USPS confirmed delivery. 2/11/09 still harrassing me! Irving Texas

In May of 2008 I purchased a diamond necklace. I returned it in June of 2008. Since that time I have faxed the USPS info to Zales and called it to them because they claimed they didn't receive it. Now, february of 2009, they have taken the original charge off of the Zales credit card but not the monthly finance charges and late fees. I request every time I call that they record the conversation and am assured that they are.

I continue to this date, 2/11/2009 to be receiving harrasing calls from City Card about the Zales card. They state that I'm responsible for the charges though zales states that I'm not...they claim it as their fault and claim to be getting in touch with the card company. Well...not so. I can't get to talk to anyone who is willing to help me. I want to sue for harrassment for months and for the ulcer I have because of it. Zales will not see another penny from me and I'm doing my best to get my story out to anyone who may be thinking of buying from them. The return is very PAINFUL indeed!
