Zales Outlet ripoff Waco Texas
they sold me a diamond ring with fake stones, When I tried to return it the manager would not talk to me and i got the run around .They finnly said they had to send the ring to there own jewler to check it . It came back a fake.I was treated like it was my fault that the ring was fake and they were very rude to me.

Need more info. How much did yoy pay for the ring? What was the ring suppose to be? Diamond weight? Gold karat? What was written on the invoice? In 20 years of being in the jewelry business, I've only seen that happen one time, but it could have happened to you. Let us know.
