Complaint Review: Zalway Telecommunication - Direct Billing

This company was supposed to be using my acount number as a security thing. It was never suppsoed to bill my account. My account was billed several times. They said they would refund enough money to cover the bounced checks because they made my acount negative.

I am not out of a lot of money. Everytime I call the company to speak to a supervisor, I can only get the same 2 people on the phone. The supervisor is miraculously never available.

I know that this is a scam and something should be done before more people loose their money. I am a single mom and I work very hard, it's people like these two that ruin the states for people like me.

If you call the number, I have never been able to speak to anyone but CHeryl or Jason.
