Complaint Review: Zama Enterprises Corp

I purchased a sugar cane juicer form Zama Enterprises in June this year. I payed $3500 for the machine. Since paying for the machine all contact from the company ceased despite continous attempts on our side.
As a result our buisness has suffered as well as our confidence with American companies..

We were in contact with these people particulally Ana and Alex from the sales department, unfortunatly they have cut all contact.

We have since found others in the same situation due to this company, others have recieved some of their orders.
We are shocked that we have been scammed as they seem such a big company, have links to most of the other sites related to sugar cane juicers and seemed to be a reputable and legitimate company, obviously w edont want this to happen to others.

Please help put a stop to these people. I believe the owner of the company may be Mr Andres Cannella
