Two pieces of restaurant equipment ordered via telephone and funds transfered via wire on December 13, 2007 for the sum of $3170.00 USD. Communication via email received on December 19th with tracking number for first item only. The second item was delayed "due to the high volume of the shipment from the factory."

We contacted them by email after a few weeks, to which they replied on January 17, 2008 stating the item was back-ordered and that they would receive the item in 1 week.

After another period of waiting, and no delivery - our phone calls started to go unanswered.

An email sent on March 3, 2008 was finally responded to, claiming "their shipment was lost in New York Terminal of Fed Ex Freight." They went on to further claim that our item will be delivered in 7-10 days.

April 1, 2008 - still no delivery -- so yet again all phone messages are unreturned, and now emails are going unanswered.

I have filed a complaint with the South East Florida Better Business Bureau (www.seflorida.bbb.org).
