Zanuc - Zanuc.com RIPOFF No Customer Service, No Phone Numbers, Will Not Transfer Domain Charlotte North Carolina
Go to Zanuc.com and try to find a Phone Number... there aren't any. Try to Open an Existing Customer Ticket.. it sends you to a Dead Web Page. Try to send an e-mail to support@zanuc.net, which is their Customer Support.. an hour later you will get a "Returned E-Mail" Notification.
I have a great website name but I cannot get it transferred because Zanuc is the only one who cange change the DNS to my new server but They Won't Answer. They have no way to transfer DNS online (like reputable companies). My only recourse is to Change The Name of my Business!
It is true, they will host and set up your account in 5 minutes, and then the nightmares begin!
