Julio Zapata scammed State Farm Insurance out of $8k with a perjurious complaint/deposition naming me as a defendant in a alleged serious accident. Lazaro, the striking vehicle in the accident report had previous and extensive damage to her vehicle before her encounter with me. She deliberately sped down the ramp and when she was alongside my vehicle, she deliberately steered into my vehicle ever so slightly. The goal was to pin the previous damage, that was on her vehicle, on me. I have absolutely no damage to my van; also noted by the reporting DPS Officer. I repeatedly asked for the two vehicles to be brought together to show that her damage was not caused by my van, but her attorney refused. I also repeatedly asked Mr. Zapata to remonstrate with his client to get to the truth; he refused. I have included pictures to validate my claim. With regard to the Complaint, see General Allegations Page 2 Lines 21 - 28 Unsafe lane Change. Lie #1 We were never on the freeway... only the ramp. General Allegations Page 6 Line 3. Lie #2 There was no collision with the rear end of her vehicle. Lazaro Deposition Page 35. "Well, when I was aware that I was having the 12 collision, we were a bit more forward so we were passing 13 the yellow sign." I (Michael) have no history of this kind of behavior. 5280 x 65=316,800 feet per hour... divided by 60= 5,720 feet per minute... divided by 60= 95.3 feet per second. The gore point is 124 feet long. 124 divided by 95.3=1.3 seconds. Deducting .3 seconds for passing the sign... Lie #3 it would be an impossible maneuver to steer around the convergence sign, speed up and collide with her vehicle in 1 second. I have also written to Maret Vessella Chief Bar Counsel Arizona State Bar to have Mr. Zapata disbarred for his egregious departure from morality and his unethical and illegal behavior. Sincerely, Michael, Chicago Police Ret. Accident Investigator Area 3 Traffic
