Complaint Review: Zaposta

Zaposta 31 pieces of powerbanks were stolen from my package... Yaba Lagos

I used them to ship my package from U.S to Nigeria.

I made payment for sea freight all the way from December, 2015 but my package did not get to me not until May, 2016.

When I opened my package normally, I discovered it has been tore but someone would hardly noticed that from the outside except from the inside. 31 pieces of powerbanks were stolen from the package and replaced in the carton with a huge brown paper to fill the space.

I called their customer service line to report the issue and eventually after lots pressure, they gave me  their logistic manager mobile number to report to, the logistic manager admitted that the carton was tore by the custome to examine the content but custom wouldn't have taken 31 pieces that they were much for them to have stolen that  probably they are still in zaposta U.S facility.

Here is another weird action from zaposta, I did not request for home delivery, I chose office pickup within Lagos as an option but I was very surprise to receive my package at home froma courier service which made me to believe that they know much about the stolen or missing 31 pieces of powerbanks probably they do not want me to get to the office and discover because there is no point I would not confirm the items in my package if I go to their office to pickup my package.

This company has a cunning way of swindle a lots of innocent Nigerians of which I am now part of the innocent victims.

I have sent emails to them but they have refused to acknowledge not to mention of working on it. I have a recorded voice tapes from them confirming I did not initiate a home delivery.

Beware of doing business with this company because you will cry and be disappointed at the end.
