Zaptech Solutions takes your money and does not listen to what your company needs. Headaches, time, and then them ignoring you is what you will get after you pay. I paid and my project is incomplete Internet

Hire Zaptech Solutions for a project.

 

Between August 25 09 - September 10 09

I tried to communicate daily in order to iron out the details that were needed for the site.

50% of the time they could not be reached by phone, msn, or skype, even during their work hours which is completely opposite of mine.

I had to have another designer work on the body portion of the design as they were inadequate and not creative with design concept.

They don't even know how to align, portion or follow simple instructions.

When they get frusterated they just stop with a project, block you from msn, skype and don't answer your phone calls.

 

Hiring them put me 3 weeks behind schedule and out a deposit of $550USD.

 

Don't trust the ZAPtech solutions!  They will cause you more stress and irrability when you are trying to find a solution.

We are not sure of your identity or how Zaptech Solutions has been contracted by you however kindly get in touch with the Zaptech's escalations Manager to escalate the matter in right manner within 1 week from 26th September.

Please email support@zaptechsolutions.com to address your grievances and  we shall ensure that your concerns are looked into not only immediately but in a just manner. It is our endeavor to serve all our clients equally and  provide mutually beneficial solution.
 
Once the Issue is resolved it is requested that there shall be no derogatory posts from your end. If the posts stays for more than 2 weeks from 26th Sept we shall assume that the comment is not true and used for black marketing thereby  further implicating a legal recourse from our Legal department.
