The service in your Oxford Street store is terrible and then the service from customer service is even worse.
This is now 4 weeks since I sent the original email and I have not had a response.
You enjoy taking peoples money but then dont have any time for them. I am going to keep posting on as many sites as I can find about the terrible lack of respect that Zara has for its custom.
I should be allowed to sue due to lack of custmer service and get 10-15% of what I have spent refunded, this totally idiotic that in 2009 I cant get communication from such a company.
Profits first and then customer somewhere last.

Almost everytime (now at least the last 5 times) when I want to purchase a shirt, trousers or a jumper...I am shocked how frequently I am moved from the short queue in the mens section upstairs to wait in a longer queue still with 1x person working on the till.
I buy multiple items every month from your store and now I feel its just not right.
I dont go shopping all the time but I spend large amounts of money at your store every month but end up frustrated and cursing the fact I have to always be moved upstairs to pay and to a longer queue.
When mentioned in store the staff just looked at me blank...or I was just ignored...no-one apologised...no-one admitted to be a Manager...do you have Managers in store??
Why would know one stand up and be counted as a manager???????
I have found this so frustrating and unprofessional that I find myself wasting my time to write to you with this complaint and looking for another store that I can purchase my clothes. I used to have such high regard for Zara.
