I answered a survey request fraudulently presented as from Amazon. At the end I was offered a choice of free samples. I chose a dream from Zarrah Skincare. I was informed it was unavailable so I exited the site. A week or so later I received a package from Zarrah with the product. There was no paperwork except the shipping order and a brochure. That was in July.

On August 15 I received another package. When I called customer service I was informed that I had established an account & my free sample had magically become a free trial period and since I had not cancelled my account within the 14 day trial period, per the terms & conditions to which I had agreed, I am now responsible to pay over $200.00 for the latest shipment, which I refuse to pay, given that I never authorized the transaction.

To be clear, at NO time, either on the original computer site, via email or written correspondence from Zarrah did I ever see, read or consent to a subscription program. In subsequent research I have discovered that I am not the only one to have been scammed in this manner, including my own cousin. Zarrah engages in fraudulent and deceptive business practices.
