Until this experience I was there about once a week.  Not anymore. On Dec 1, 2012 I got one item for take home at their drive through.  This was  7:49 PM. Got it home and no fork, also no Texas toast which comes with the $5.99 plate.

Decided to call in a complaint.  No phone number on the receipt, just the address.  So I went to the web site and finally found the phone number.

I called and got a recording that they did not accept calls from numbers that had the phone number blocked.  My phone does that automatically, no idea how to change it so no way to speak to them on the phone.

This Zaxby's chain is a waste of time.  You don't get the entire order and contacting them to complain is a waste of 20 minutes.  

There are loads of fast food places to eat at and I don't need to get gyped by this chain, so no more Zaxby's checken for me.  DQ has the same thing a few cents cheaper and they don't short you on what they give you.
