Website features inexpensive items such as iPad and iTouch for a fraction of the cost, and invites you to bid on them. But you must hurry: Time Is Running Out.

When you try, the company tells you to register. To register, you must give a credit card number. Without warning, you are charged $159.

Despite chats and toll-free numbers, the company refuses to give a full refund, offers you all sorts of coupons and encourages you to start bidding.  I was promised a partial refund, but have yet to receive it.

Later in the day, ZBiddy credited my account for $119.25. However, I paid the company $159, so it made nearly $40 on me. None of the promised coupons (Restaurant.com) have arrived.
