Complaint Review: ZBiddy

ZBiddy is a ripoff... I registered thinking it was part of the registration process and they automatically took out $99 out of my  account without my authorization. Like nothing! When I called to explain what happened and that I wanted a refund, the Customer Service Rep. did everything and anything NOT to give me the refund back. She offered to give me a $100 gas voucher. I explained I didn't want that, I wanted my money they took. I asked to speak to a superviser or a manager and those dont exist. The lady offered me half of my money back and a gas voucher... I don't care about the gas voucher because they send it in 10$ vouchers once a week and you have to send in the receipt to get your next one... How the F are you gonna control my f'ing money?!?!? I have called 5 times since Dec 19th and with the holidays and all I am still patiently waiting for my money! I ask every time to speak with someone that speaks English clearly, doesn't happen either! I'm fed up with these people! They get on my nerves! And this is the first company I have ever dealt with that's never offered your money back! If there is any class action lawsuits against this company feel free to contact me!
