Complaint Review: ZBUDDY AND UNLOCK YOUR LUCK

 I cannot say it any better than the several reports I've read.  I went on the ZBuddy site with some free bids.  I won an Arbys gift card for .01.  I filled out the information needed to claim my gift card and was advised nothing would be charged until after I received a total.  When I clicked to get the shipping and handling and total I got an invoice page telling my my gredit card would be charged 79.01. 

I made copies of the receipt and contacted customer service immediately with the same response everyone else is getting.  I waited a day and sent another e-mail, still nothing.

While reading some of the other complaints I found a phone number in Florida which I will call tomorrow.  I'm not expecting any satisfaction but I will continue to try to settle this in a civilized manner.  This is my first experience of this sort but I have much more time than I do money and I will stay on this to the end.  Thank you for any help you can be and continue to post the complaints so we can all gather more information to put them out of business.
