This is a warning to anyone who may do business with Didier Grossemy or his accomplices to stay clear, you will only lose money like everyone else, business partners, employees, suppliers, creditors, franchisees, licensees. BEWARE - Didier Grossemy & co are liars, cheats, a thief, a serial con man and cannot be trusted.
Didier Grossemy, CEO, Chairman and Founder of a number of internet marketing companies, is a serial con man who continually rips people off.
He started out with Viper Communications which he claims to have sold for multi millions of dollars. Then came Wild Tigers.
Wild Tigers was the first company that Didier Grossemy put into liquidation leaving behind a large number of creditors. The company did not close it was simply reinvented into what was known as Zebra Interactive.
Zebra Interactive also sold franchises, this was Didier's way of becoming a Billionaire quicker than just selling the products and services on his own, he recruits a bunch of sales people who sell for him and pay him money for the privilege to do so. Guess what Zebra Interactive has now also gone into liquidation leaving behind a large number of creditors again. This company did not simply close either it was also reinvented into what is now known as Zoogle Interactive. Didier claims Zoogle Interatcive bought out Zebra Interactive, but this is simply another one of Didier's big fat lies.
Didier Grossemy & Co will continue to open new businesses taking money for thier personal use to fund his Maserati, Louis Vuitton goodies, expensive French Wines, Sydney Harbour homes etc and then put them into liquidation and walk away to his new venture to rip off a bunch of new people while adding to his personal wealth. Didier is the only one who never seems to lose out he always keeps his money while others are left behind losing hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I have been engaged by Vix Quiktrak to sort out the mess created by a team of less than competent individuals.
The first report above is from a person who has been filing similar reports in Australia and his identity has been established. His reports have been removed from Australian websites but requests to remove from RipOff have been ignored. The individual concerned attempted to black mail me to give him a free service and got nasty when declined. He is a former customer with a track record of this type of behaviour and has been suspended a number of times from forums. Action in the correct forum will be taken to redress his defamation.
The ex-employee is welcome to contact me with his grievances however I make the following observations.
Whilst I have not known all the persons named by him I have known two of them for more than ten years and their exemplary service to industry over the last thirty years is testimony to their standing in the community. They have held Chairman positions in some of the largest and well respected organisations. This anonymous post by someone who does not know them personally is scurilous to say the least. I challenge him to come out in the open where these honourable citizens can have their reputation restored.
Having inspected the business in fine detail I have noted that had the ex-employees acted in a professional and competent manner the company would still be trading. It is beyond my comprehension how a sales force can take a customer base of 15,000 and over 5 years turn it into 3,000 and in the process spend in excess of $15M. For the record Mark Pallister was not involved in the management of the company during that time and invested over $13M of his own money.
In less than 8 weeks most of the incompetence of the past has been rectified and the company is now operating with a fraction of the previous staff levels. The FAQ in question is the same one created by the previous employee and I would dearly like to talk to him about knowingly making false statements.
I don't normally respond to anonymous posts but this time I could not allow this defamtory and untrue posting to go unchallenged. I would dearly love to speak to a number of ex employees about their past work practices.

Mark Pallister, you must have got a papercut in that last tremendous 'shuffle'!
I am privy to information that VIX QTK, is taking VIXQTK monitoring payments through Zoogle Interactive bank account and not advising customers. I guess customers wouold be seeking answers!
False advertising also included the information on the 'VIX QTK' site in faqs regarding insurance. It is not required to have a monitoring device for luxury or high performance vehicles. Most insurance companies do not care one iota if you can afford a monitoring services or not, can you afford the premium is the question! They should be made to remove this misleading statement.
ACCC - OFT - ATO - Anyone else reported these thieves and con artists to any of these aforementioned?
Best guess is that Mark Pallister's wife Vanessa Pallister is now part of the paper-trail, especially with the VIX addition to the QTK name. It is a logical progression knowing the history.
Didier Grossemy, Andrew Utenweiser, Peter Richie, Mark Pallister, Vanessa Pallister, all birds of a feather sharing the same lice infestation and probably all the same weekend shag! This lot are as thick as thieves... Be warned RUN RUN RUN and then RUN some more. They are serial compulsive CON ARTISTS... look for the post on here from the sister of Mark Pallister...!

Bout time the laws and governing bodies earn their keep and act against unscrupulous business people like this. My suggestion is to make an example of them.
Ex-staff are looking to proceed with legal action at last contact.

Quiktrak seems to be proudly but illegally conducting false advertising.
They are purporting to be covering Victoria in their monitoring but there is no equipment in Victoria.
It was all pulled down by The Com Group as Pallister didn't pay the $100,000 he owed them.
Must let ASIC and Department of Fair Trading know...they dont like false advertising...big fines for this kind of deception.
There seems to be a new application for QTK to be conducting monitoring in Perth. Not sure how far they will get with that proposal.
Why did Quiktrak apply for wind up and then cancel?
Which Quiktrak director resigned? Was it Docter Undies?
Smartrans...SMA on the ASX is doing so much business now thank to QTK's inability to follow through on any claim that they are finding it hard to keep up with supply.
If only Quiktrak's supposed contracts with China, England, Lebanon, Australia...Holland were more then words blowing in the wind...Quiktrak may have retained a grain of respect from investors and the business world.
But all is not lost in the QTK genius thinking.
If you run out of money and cant pay anyone anymore...shut the business down....register a new company just like the old...put "VIX" in front of the old name...and off you go again.
No one really should notice this may be the same old Quiktrak minds at work...its even got a different ACN.
List that company on the ASX and then put your hands out for money boasting of success's in foreign lands and potential beyond any potential investors wildest dreams.
Throw some names like Duncan Saville around and the potential star power branding that gives to the Quiktrak formula and you have yourself a brand new yummy recipe for transferring money from the unsuspecting novice investors to those savvy (pardon the pun) business people where making money is only a paper shuffle away....dont even sign up new business....just keep shuffling things around.
