zeekler.com Failure to pay out an auction item won and paid for. Internet

I won a cash auction of $200 in May it was paid for on May 31st,2012. I have not received it and it has not been put in my acct with payza.

Zeek has grown so fast they are overwhelmed by the number of customers and affiliates.If  you haven't received the cash won in an auction you need to contact customer service. 
Using the Chat service is quicker than opening a ticket or waiting in the que for the customer service phone.   

If for some reason you've already tried this, then write to the company directly.
Explain the details of the problem and give them your username and contact information. Include your phone number. 
Send the letter certified mail to:

I'd also contact the affiliate or person who told you about Zeek and get them to provide any assistance possible.
