I got a phone number off tv. for people who are or will be in foreclosure status or have been denied a loan modification in past.

After recieving a email from The Law Group of Zeh and associates. I completed a online mortgage package including taxes, electric bills, bank statements, profit and loss and more I awaited a response.I had topay $900.00 to start this process. After a month I got a call askig for $550.00 for my next installment to continue.Contacted Zeh and associates only to have them tell me that the companys name had changed to Synergy Attorney Services.Recieved another e-mail from ND Processing Services claiming they were working with Zeh and associates and wanted to me to send them all the mortgage information again. Also needed $ 550.00 to continue with loan remod. After speaking with 2 different people each claiming that the other was scaming me.So I reached out to the Federal commission to help. Only to find out I was being scammed. Out $900.00.Ihave reported them to the Federal commission. Now have deal with Identity theft annd more.

I am so sorry that you have to go through this. I have considerable inside knowledge, FYI. I know who the owner of this company is too, and he is being investigated by multiple agencies, so lets pray that you get the justice that you deserve. The unfortunate fact is that the owner is nothing more than a schemer. He has scammed thousands of people out of their resources, and has scammed his employees as well. I hope that some of them read this, as when you go into this business you take a great deal of pride in "thinking" that you have found a rewarding career in which you can assist someone save one of thier most precious assets; the roof over their heads! Unfortunately, the owner has now switched the name of the company, just like he switches managing attorneys (most have had to fire him after finding out that he was practicing illegally, yet, he will tell the employees that the attorneys just "robbed him" with no mention that the attorneys have severed ties after realizing that he was scamming people. This is how he was able to keep them on board and feeling sorry for him. Mr. Christopher Zeh, however, is very well informed of the practices, but I guess money talks, so they are still in business together. They also work with Weber & Associates based out of NY. Once he gets caught, he just changes his name. The Intake Center in Manassas was called NVA Financial Services up until last month when he was accused of embezzelment, now he goes by ND Processing Services (which is a "ghost" company" but sends out retainer agreements under the managing attorny's name to make it look more official. There is not ONE attorney in the office, nor do the in house "legal teams" usually have any type legal background. If you can be trained to lie (without even knowing it) you are hired. I would contact the attorney General in your state to report them. Oh, by the way, the Owners name is Steve Nahas from Clifton, VA. This should be a start. I wish you the very best of luck and again, I am so sorry that you had to go through this.
