BEWARE!!! I went to Zeibart at 2440 West Henrietta Rd, Rochester, NY for an interior detail cleaning which was supposed to be $199. I was told my car had not been rustproofed before, so I agreed to additional services including rustproofing. I would not have done any additional services at all had I known I had already had rustproofing done when I originally purchased the car. I immediately went to the dealership 1.3 miles or 4 minutes away. They confirmed my car had been rustproofed. I immediately called Zeibart to inform them. I was told the salesman was with a customer. Instead of wating for him to call back, I drive back to Zeibart (remember 1.3 miles or 4 minutes). They told me they had already started the rustproofing, but the manager said the original rustproofing was a box that only protected my car from rust if it was submerged. I called the dealership back this morning. This is not true. It is a one-time application consisting of two sprays that protects the entire subframe as well as doors, etc., and they stand behind their product. Their prodict only requires a one time application while the Zeibart product requires annual visits, so I paid for an unneeded service because the salesman insisted the service had never been performed then we were told the orignal service  only works if the car is submerged. They upsell by being dishonest once you come in for a lesser expensive service. They also offered two services for $1,799 then magically gave me their best price for 4 services for $1,599 that they only offer to customers with new cars and then when I pointed out that they car had been rustproofed before they threw in a paint protectant which was supposedly $1,599 all by itself for free. Does anyone else see the problem here? Are any of these services even worth even close to that?! I filed a complaint with the FTC and will be filing for the Attorney General.
