Zeke Fund is uncooperative and defunct group of two women.  The have resided 100% over the City of Brookshire dog pound for 15 years.  Today they are still part of the dog pound staff even after Debbie Zook claimed she "was no longer involved."

They have claimed that Chief Prejean was the one who spoke with them to begin their reign.  Since then these two have not allowed Brookshire residents to adopt a dog from the pound.  These two have claimed there is a pit-bull fighting ring in Brooksire that protected by the police because of the "niggers who pay them,"

Marie Mosley claims to have "video tape" which will incriminate the Brookshire Police.  However, Moseley cannot or will not provide any data, records, facts, information about the 15 years of Zeke Fund activity in Brookshire, Texas.

When asked for her claim of adopting out and never having a dog die at the Pound, Moseley refused to respond to a volunteer who asked for those records.  The Zeke Fund facebook page indicates there are less than 400 "members" aware of their organiztion.  Yet both these women claim to be part of the greater Houston pet adoption circuit.

In 2013 Zeke Fund volunteered to transport 12 dogs to a Brookshire, Texas resident.  They did not complete the transport.  They kept two dogs.  When the Brookshire, Texas resident asked for her dogs, Zeke Fund became hostile.  They claimed the Brookshire resident was "harrassing" Zeke Fund.  Zeke Fund then claimed the dogs had been adopted out.  But the dogs were observed at the Orchard, Texas dairy farm of Mrs. Zook.

One dog escaped and the owner was able to get that dog home.  But the one dog stayed with Zook until August 2014.  The Brookshire resident/owner picketed Zeke Fund.  Mrs. Zook pulled a gun out and called the Ft. Bend County Sheriff (July 31, 2014).  Zook admitted she had absolutely no paper work to indicate an adoption of this dog to her or that the owner had released ownership to Zeke Fund.

Zook placed the dog at a small animal clinic in Brookshire.  Later Mare Mosley retrieved the dog, stealing it for the 2nd time from the Brookshire resident.

Ruth Abigail Rodriguez, is a kook! she has the nerve to write about other people and their animal care ways when SHE has had animal control remove all of her animals, not once, BUT twice! she is the ONLY person in Brookshire's history to have had animal control do an actual court ordered sieze! she lives in a house that is falling down and is 100% inhabitable! i do not know why the city has not yet given her the boot, and dozed that house down!? i hear that she has more animals already, and is repeating her neglect by having animals stay sick, unhealthy for long periods of time, weeks and months!!!

why she even draws attention to herself complaining about others is unknown. this woman is sick, really sick! i do not know why the city allows her to have animals on her premises?, but i heard that this will not be the case for long. do NOT allow this woman to ? volunteer, or work for your organization in any way. she will make you look bad as she carries with her her reputation fo abuser/neglector!

keep this woman away from all animals!  get her some mental health! if you saw where she lives your heart will break thinking of animals even being kept in those conditions! she spends no money on care, and food, well that comes when she takes the time to buy it. she doesnt have the money or means or ability to care for herself, she does not need to take animals into her shack. do not feed her needs. do not become involved with her. do not believe what she says or writes, she is sick, and does not have a grip on reality!
