zelaya auto salea sold me a 1993 4runner toyota truck , as is ,but did not come forth in saying that the engine had been given /added a stop leak sealant to engine nor did they correctly retrofit the a/c system prope Internet
I purchase this '93 toyota 4runner from Zelaya autos sales off of Shepard rd in Houston Tx. they were not forth coming in the fact that the engine had a overheating problem due to a leaky head gasket.In which they haad added a stop leak system to hold off the the leak.Nor did they properly retrofit the a/c system from R12 to R 134a. this must be done by a cerified technician. I am under standing this must be illegal to dump cfcs into atmosphere and properly tag the a/c system....Not done here.. they refused to even trade the truck back in so I could up grade to a newer model truck leading me to believe that they knew that this truck was a lemon. I even had cash to trade up neverminding the raw deal I made on a "As Is" truck. but should theyu at least be forth coming of knowledgable problems .the truck had been on their car lot a number of weeks. Besides the are on a web site called Lemon free auto sale.com oor something. And the transmission doesnt even shift into th gear. That was my bad cause i didnt test drive it very long, or far,

"Certain types of implied warranties must be specifically disclaimed, such as the implied warranty of title. "As is" denotes that the seller is selling, and the buyer is buying an item in whatever condition it presently exists, and that the buyer is accepting the item "with all faults", whether or not immediately apparent."
Of course, they likely new the vehicle had faults, that's why it was sold "As-Is." You admit to knowing this.
Absolutely no Ripoff here.
