Complaint Review: Zen Love Healing

I have seen ripoff reports about zenlovehealing, and also an apology about such a report after a misunderstanding had been cleared up.
I now want advice as i have invested a lot of money in this service and while i have a very good rapport with the psychic, it is now dragging on and i feel it's about time i got my money back as promised.
I dont want to prejudice her work if it is authentic, but I dont want to be ripped off either and now i URGENTLY need the money, not least to resolve the very problem she is addressing! She still maintains now is not yet the right time.
DO you have any further information on her, and to what extent can i believe scam reports when there are also apologies to this lady for misunderstandings? I dont want to accuse her unjustly.
