Complaint Review: Zen Massage Austell

I have been coming to Zen Massage in Austell for over a year.I always see Widline she is the best. I had made an appointment on 2/7/10 for a 90 minute massage when I was there in January. My daughter lives on the west coast and when she comes to visit I always schedule an appointment for us together. I called in advance and spoke with the office manager, Gloria, to book a 90 minute hot stone massage for the same time and date. When we arrived to my disappointment I was only scheduled for an hour and my daughters appointment was not even booked. Gloria was also working that day and only mumbled some one had made a mistake. We were fortunate that Greg could see her only to do a swedish massage for an hour instead of what I had booked for. What is the purpose of scheduling in advance? The owner has made a comment that she has had no complaints prior to January 2010. Maybe because the management she had at that time was always on top of things. Professional is not what I call the new manager. I see other customers have posted reviews and comments on other sites of various franchises closing with no warning and they are stuck with gift certificates they can not redeem. I will not be coming back.
