Complaint Review: ZenCartPros.com

I recently did a search on ZenCartPros.com out of curiosity.  I was shocked to see a RipOffReport with exactly the same experience that I had with this company. 

In August I contacted Scott of ZenCartPros to build my website.  I remember the very first contact I was thinking "this guy is a little strange".  He went in to a long schpeel about how long he had been doing this and that it was important that you do everything he said.  So, whatever, he's a techie, I cut him some slack.  The very first time he asked for creds and templates and whatnot I think I sent him the wrong file.  No big deal, right?, wrong.  His response was demeaning, angry and completely inordinate.  I have been in Information Technology for over 15 years.  I have never been communicated to in this manner, much less by someone I am paying!.  When I politely pushed back he just got worse.  It got to the point where he, the contractor that I am paying, is threatening and cursing at me.  I was dumbfounded.  I figured, ok, maybe he is going through a divorce or using meth or just really having a bad day.  Things got to the point where I didn't even want to ask for anything.  I regretted ever contracting with him.  Now, he was hosting my site.  

 I have since moved my site to a new host.  It is hard for me to believe that Scott can stay in business with his behavior.
