Complaint Review: Zencon Technologies/BlackPeopleMeet.com

Is this website full of REAL members or system generated profiles created by the owners?? After many attempts to email the company about my membership payment, the replies came in computer generated, not physically sent as it did not address the content of my email. In the meantime, their 'FREE MEMBERSHIP' allows you ONLY to view that you have hundreds of messages from 'members' but free membership does not allow you to view those, nor the winks/flirts, nor who has added you as a 'favourite'. Who are all the members, when I cannot even have an email sent out addressing my issue? They have yet to recieve my payment after 4 weeks, so I have not been ripped off financially YET...I say yet, as the website has a payment option via credit card after which you fill out these requirements, you are directed back to 'upgrade your account'. Payment is not accepted via credit card, so why the form to fill out the details? So who knows whether I will get a nasty payment debit to my credit card...they do after all have my details. Be wary of this website...it may not be your money they take, but you may never become a member!
