*Sorry about the story below, I just wanna prove my point as clearly as possible :)
-------
I'm your average teenager, careless and always assuming things will go your way. One day, I had gone camping with my church, and accidently fell into a lake with my phone in my pocket. Naturally, the phone died.

My dad and I made a deal that I could get any used phone as long as it was in good condition and affordable. I've always wanted a touch screen phone, so I had my eyes on the Samsung Eternity.

eBay hadn't helped at ALL in the process, until i decided to broaden my search by using Google. Google lead me to this site, http://www.cellphones.ca/cell-phones/samsung-eternity/buy/ , which gave me many options for NEW phones. I immediately spotted a $149.99 deal for a NEW Samsung Eternity phone that i could by from ZendooElectronics on eBay. I was so pumped up, since it was new AND cheap! I was like, "D*mn, this is too good to be true!" Unfortunately, I was so right.

As I was paying using PayPal, the order form came as a confirmation before you confirm your order. I scanned the page, eager to click the PAY button, when I spotted the title for the product: SAMSUNG A877 ETERNITY PHONE AT&T (CINGULAR) (POOR CONDITION).

That totally ruined my day. I just payed $150 bucks for a messed up phone? I emailed the website and even clicked the Live Chat option on the website, reading the FAQ and trying to find out what their problem was. Nothing could answer my question. I've read many reports on how Zendoo was a scandalous website that couldn't complete people's requests, and I myself became a victim. I know the day I receive the phone, the condition will be worse than I could imagine. Who would sell phones of poor conditions anyways? Zendoo, that's who. Zendoo can kiss my *ss, 'cause I'm definitely getting my money back.

I ADVISE YOU ALL, TO NOT USE ZENDOO.COM FOR ANY OF YOUR ELECTRONIC PURCHASES! YOU ARE ONLY WASTING YOUR MONEY AND PRECIOUS TIME!

If you read the listings on eBay or on our website, the condition of each and every phone is clearly stated.

Our operators are available for live chat here: http://www.zendoo.com/Shop/Control/fp/SFV/30242/viewPageName/faq
Mon - Fri 9am -6pm pacific time. We ALWAYS answer. Try it, I promise we will answer.

If its the weekend or after 6 pm, leave a call back number and we will call you back first thing in the morning.

Or you can e-mail us at support@zendoo.com. Either way, we are not trying to make money from unhappy customers. All of our phones include a 30 day money back guarantee. If, FOR ANY REASON, you want to end a transaction or send a phone back, we will take care of you. We even pay return shipping.

By the way, This particular buyer asked us to cancel their order and we did. A full refund was issued. There is absolutely no call for damaging our reputation over something so simple.
