My Samsung slider phone broke and so i decided to go on a hunt for a new and imporved phone. AT&T had demanded that i pay $400.00 for the blackberry curve which had been the phone i had dreamed to have, but that was ridiculous, so i decided to go on a quest on ebay.com. There i found the perfect silver blackberry curve 8300, and the seller "zendoo electronics" was willing to make it mine for a measly $150.00.

With anticipation, I purchased the phone excited and confident because zendoo.com states "be confident in your product, 30-day money back guaranteed". My phone was supposed to be shipped in three days. 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, 5 days go by, yet, nothing. Me being extremely patient i decide to wait one more day, and low and behold, my blackberry curve.

I rip open the box, put my sim card in, charge the phone...and nothing. I thought, maybe it's the plug. I went to every plug-in in my house, and yet nothing. Next door lives my best friend with a blackberry curve so i head over there to use her charger, nothing. I had been ripped off.

I email zendoo.com about this and politely they e-mail me back simply saying to return the phone and i will get a 100% refund. So, i did as they said. My money was supposed to be reimbursed in "a few" business days, how many has it been you might ask, 3 weeks.

This is obsene. I decide to email zendoo about this. One email, no respond, two emails, no respond, three emails, no respond. I go to the bank, no money has been sent. What to do? If my money doesn't get reimbursed my lawyers will be contacted. And for future reference to any zendoo buyers, DON'T trust the internet... Although phones are cheaper on the internet, they don't come with warranty like phone companies, i learned this the hard way.

***My refund has yet to come, but who knows, they may just be a little slow, if it is recieved soon, then this report will be removed.

I agree with this article 150%.

I ordered a Samsung Eternity today, just a few hours ago. I had been looking for one all week, since my phone fell in a lake and my dad told me to look online for a cheap phone. Of course, cheap phones suck, and you would naturally want a good phone in return.

Soon after, I found this phone which cost only $145.99 for a new one! I should have known there was something up with this crazy deal, but I didn't care; I'M GETTING A COOL PHONE!

Just as I was paying using PayPal, at the bottom in small font, the words "POOR CONDITION" were labelled near the title. I felt totally ripped off.

I emailed them, called them (number was disconnected), and IMed them using their stupid LiveChat and they still haven't replied to my pleas. I now understand how people feel about not having their needs fulfilled, for I'm in their place as well.
