I had been utilizing their services to provide a snap shot of my credit score. I am doing this because I am trying to increase my score so monitoring it helps me see how I am doing. I went to log on today (June 27th 2012) and I cannot log in. After calling customer service i find that my account had been cancelled the day before (June 26th 2012) which i had not authorized or initiated. They cannot tell me it was because of any billing issue but I would have to reprovide them with my credit card number and then charge me an additional $15 a month because I cancelled (which I did not).

My guess is that once I started using the service every other day or week that maybe that cost more than what they were charging me. I really do not know but it seems like an illegal business practice.
