zenfolio.com is a service that store photos and a consumer can buy photos from thier website.

I purchased a package of photos, thier site was very confusing and I accidentally purchased the same package of photos twice.  I sent mulitple emails and opened multiple tickets with them to reverse my duplicate payment. No reply.

After waiting a week with no reply, I contacted my bank and told them I was double charged and the website would not reply to me.

zenfolio.com took the time to fight the chargeback with my bank to keep thier fake double charge, but they would not respond to me after several customer service requests.  I was charged twice by these scammers and they still are hiding from. Beware of these scammers.
