royal lotto agent richard owens[so he says], assured me, that i was 1 out 23 winners of 115,000 dollars per person.....however, when deposited check that i received from richard, to pay for fees! my bank assured me that they could not verify accountable for the check, therefore it was a bad check.....
i glad i was smart to have deposited the check in a account that had very, very little money.... and could not cover the check amount....
