Complaint Review: Zenith Financial Management Group - Bonanza 2000 - Royal British Draws

I received a letter with a check for the amount of $2,998.40 stating that I had won a Royal British Lotto held in London, England which was selected through a computer ballot system draw.

I looked at the check, which looks authintic. Read over the letter to make sure I did not miss anything. One thing that caught my eye that there was no return address, no email address and the name at the bottom showed Jackson Dawson, but signed by Lois L (can not read the last name).

I did call the number, and it stated the the answering machine was full and I would need to call back later. Their hours of operation was Mon - Fri 10-7 and Saturdays 12-5.

I have learned over the years that if it sounds to good to be true, then normally it is not true. Thank goodness I looked this information up, before cashing this check.

How are these crooks making money? How can they lay their heads down at night and rest well, knowing that they have scammed these people out of their hard earned money.

The check shows Amersino Marketing Group LLC, 161 Gardiner Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11237. The bank is HSBC Bank Elmhurst, NY 11373.

How can we stop these people from doing this and let the public know?
