Yes this company sent me a check for $3991.35 and told me to deposit in my account for training and exspenses to secretly monitor Walmart, K mart, Sears, JC penny And to stay at The Beast western or Days inn to monitor them also. The check never cleared in my account. And When i called the representitive Jessica Ventura about the matter she ask me to give her the chech number, which i didn't have back in my hands at the time because the bank had still had the check, she then hung up on me, but i thought i got cut off. But when i called her back repeatly from different numbers she would not answer and she put and answering machine on, then the voicemail as full were you could not leave a message.

The person asked for a check number
(You could have got it from your bank)
Yet when You called her a number of times not giving them the bank number they ignored you?
What else do you want them to do?
With out a bank check number they can't do anything!
Call back when you have the Check number.
(The bank will have a Photo Copy of the Check you can get from them.)
And since this is 4K I'd get the Check number!
IMO the ball is in your court.
How can they be a ripoff if you don't provide requested information.
Also Did you do what they wanted you to do? (Job wise)
again if you didn't even do what they wanted, it can't be a rip off.
And if you did, there is small claims court, where you can bring the reciepts and documents you signed...
Assuming you signed Documents and kept a copy?
Follow through, because IMO with out a check number. I'd ignore your phone calls too.. (sorry)
